Tumbling & Gymnastics for Dancers

Tumbling and Gymnastics for dancers places emphasis on skills used by dancers in solos and performance. These skills include back handsprings, side and front aerials, front and back walk overs, layout step outs, handstand work and more. This class is designed around specific needs for dancers that want to add tumbling to their resume. This class will work on connections between tumbling skills with dance leaps and jumps.  It is a great way to improve flexibility, range of motion, and control.
